No Smoke At Tailpipe, Then I Checked The Compression, It Was Very Low, Almost Cero.. My Question Is: Can My Timing Be Off To Not Having Any Compression At All≫? Or Could I Have A Burned Valve, Or A Piston/Valve Collision, (Acording To Ford,Is Not An Interference Engine,[2.0 Liter] ) Any Suggestions≫?, I Almost Throwing My Towel, And Don'T Know What Can Be The Problem.. A stock Zetec is non-interference unless it's a SVT or has been modified (high lift cam). The Previous Owner Knew For Some Time That The Misfire Existed, But He Assumed That It Was Because Of The Spark Plugs, Which Are Pretty Worn. After I Bought The Car And Drove It Around A Bit, But Before I Took It To The Mechanic, The Check Engine Light Came On And Remained On Until Earlier Today When It Shut Off. 1st off, without proper diagnostics you cannot get a proper repair...with that being said...

2nd it sounds like it could be a couple of different things,,,a blown head gasket or a cracked head or block (not likely though).

3rd, if it's not overflowing with oil and there isn't any water in your oil then let it go until you have more time and money to replace the gaskets. It is a time consuming job and while you're at it you might as well replace the timing belt/chain and gears(if necessary) as well as the oil/filter and anti-freeze because you're gonna have to take it all apart anyway.

Even in a large shop it averages about a day and a half to 2 days for this type of job. AND that's not including MURPHY'S LAW. This job can be done with the engine still in the car but it's much easier if you pull it completely out.

Be warned that these are very specific degrees and with law enforcement you don't need a criminal justice degree to get a job working law enforcement. The difficulty of the degree depends on you and that particular program.
I've taken a number of courses in auto and criminal justice at the community college level and the automotive classes were fairly easy and so were the criminal justice classes. I knew nothing about cars though and I was taking them because my community college had a well known automotive program, especially for a community college, and I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Both are great careers but also be warned that many cities have downsized their police with the economy. If you go with Criminal Justice also now that you will need to do a lot more then graduate to get a job in law enforcement. They will want to see a good work history, good driving record, good credit, you'll have to be in good physical shape, you'll need to pass a lie detector test, and more. I wouldn't be able to tell you about a criminal degree without a specific college in mind, but it will probably consist of courses like criminology, state law, etc. Really depends on the school. If you want to work border patrol I would also take Spanish, I would think it would help considerably.

I Have A 1986 Ford Bronco 2 With A 2.9 Liter V6. It Was Leaking Oil Pretty Bad So Me And My Friend Replaced Most Of The Gaskets (From The Head Gaskets And Up). I Thought That Much Would Fix The Oil Leak. Once I Got Done I Changed The Oil And Filter. But It'S Still Leaking Oil. Im Not Sure Where From Though. When It Is Running You Can See Engine Oil Leaking From Above The Oil Filter, Dripping Off The Filter And Its Dripping From The Transmission Pan. And Bellhousing.. So Could This Be The Rear Main Seal? Or What. Its Not Leaking From The Head Gaskets Or Any Of The Gaskets I Replaced. But It Does Look Like Its Leaking From A Little Bit Higher Than The Oil Filter. Anyone Got Any Ideas??

If I remember right there is a part that bolts to the block to adapt the filter location on the block. There is a O-ring that goes bad there. I used to know the part number, it is an obscure part that does not show up in most parts books.
