The engine will consume it in small quantities. Coolant in either #6 or #1 will cause the rough start til it burns off. Some more testing is needed to confirm my suspicion (block test with dye is one way) as it is potentially an expensive repair and you don't want to guess at it. A special test tool is installed at the radiator and filled with blue dye. If there is combustion gas present (as from a gasket leak) inside the radiator, the dye will turn yellow. If yor truck has super high miles (250k plus) it may be time to trade.
