if it's a V6 engine, make sure the coolant is pristine. perfect. and find out when or if the timing belt has been changed. bad coolant denotes a compromised water pump. the timing belt should be changed every 90,000 miles. to change a belt or water pump on the V6 will cost 300-400 in labor alone. parts not included! so if this has a V6 and they can't give you any info on those two items, consider the cost of that maintenance when evaluating the price on this.
the difference between the I4 and V6 is the I4 is great for 4x4ing. but it has difficulty maintaining hwy speeds. especially with an automatic transmission. so if you do a lot of hwy commuting, prolly want the V6.

Take it to an auto zone and they will tell you what the check engine light is about and that might help you. Camry's hold a good value and the computer should be able to tell you what is wrong. If it a head gasket good luck. Also don't overheat it to much or the engine will ceasze and your done.

if the rocker/cam cover leaks, then it needs a new gasket. but those are rubber type. not cork. sometimes simple re-torquing of the fasteners does it.
never over fill a sealed crank engine. any engine for that matter. but these have a return check valve in the oil pan that's spring loaded. so it normally operates under pressure. entire engine save the oil pan. over pressurization dealt with by the pcv system.
only drain the oil enough to get rid of excessive oil. or siphon it out via the dip stick tube if you have small enough tubing.
to check for leaks, simply wipe the suspect area clean. run her and keep tabs on where oil forms/leaks. tells one which gasket is the issue.
since it was over filled, the pcv system may need some cleaning.
if the engine is only leaking oil and not consuming it, the HEI ignition systems will let the plugs on these purdy much last the life of the vehicle. but at that mileage, it won't hurt to at least do a visual on them.
can't hep ya on the usb/charger stuff or how to deal with the quickie lube place. just a wrench here.

I'm not sure if you have an electrical fan or fan clutch.
You could have a short if it's electrical or if it's a fan clutch it need to be replaced. Check the play on the fan clutch if you have one.
Don't forget to check any belts for slipping or wear.

I Have A 98 Ford Contour. There Is No Heat Or Even Cold Air Coming Out Of The Vents When I Turn It On. I Try Every Fan Speed With Every Vent And Still Nothing. When I Do Change Which Vents The Air Should Come Out, I Here A Noise That I Can Only Desribed As Something Decrompressing Very Slowly. There Is Coolant In The Spot Where I Pour It In, Its Almost Full, I Haven'T Checked The Radiator Though. The Engine Heat Meter In The Car, Does Work I Think Because After Running The Car For A While The Needle Does Go Up But Still No Hot Air. When The Car Is Running The Big Fan In The Front Is Not Turning. What Could Be The Problem And How Do I Fix It.

If your level is OK, start the engine and let it warm up to where the gage is starting to move. With the heater controls on hot, feel the heater hoses going through the firewall to your heater core. If they are cold, you are not getting circulation or your thermostat is not closing. If one or both hoses are warm, then your problem is under dash. The noise you hear is the vent doors changing position which is good.
