In Sc Divorce Court.......?
I Wanted To Know If This Was Possible:
Me And My Wife Had Problems And We Never Sought Any Type Of Help. I Believe If We Were To Sit Down And Actually Work Out Our Problems Then We Could Have A Healthy Relationship But My Wife, More Specifically I Believe Her Family, Is Having None Of It. Our Divorce Is Coming Up Soon And I Was Wondering If I Request For The Judge To Send Us To Counciling (I Know Its Spelled Wrong) If He/She/It Will. Thanks And Please Folks No Just Get Over Her Or Any Other B.S. Like That.
it's highly unlikely. a judges job is to act on the legal proceeding before him, not be a counselor. the time for help is before the divorce is filed. you can always ask him, all he can do is say no, unless your wife agrees, but like i said, this should be worked out beforehand. best of luck, i've been through a very similar situation myself, even the judge said he thought with time we could work things out but granted the divorce anyway.
Claiming Against Childbirth Injury?
I'M 16 Years Old Living In Ireland And I Suffer From A Birth Injury Called Erbs Paulsy. It Is A Condition Affecting The Shoulder With Movement And Strength Ect. It Affects My Whole Right Arm. It Was Caused At Birth By A Doctor Pulling My Arm. I'M Wondering Is There Anything I Can Do After All This Time About It, Like Maiking A Claim Against The Hospital Or Something?
You would really have to check with a lawyer on that one. There are some cases that can be open ended and there are others that have to be done in some time frame, like 7 years or so.
I admit I don't know about your condition but I was wondering if anybody ever had you try to free up the muscles? Not any regular p.t. stuff where they want you to strengthen them, but just releasing the muscles so they can relax. I'm thinking the muscles got pulled tight, like a whiplash, and are locked in that position so nothing works right. If you would care to try to free them up here's how to do that:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
Is There Any Lawyers That Can Help Negotiate A Collection On Your Credit? I Have A Collection Which I Need?
Legal Advice For Is There A Service Out Their That Deals With This Type Of Issues? Thanks.
- You don't have to spend $300/hour to hire an attorney to negotiate a settlement for you, but it you have this sort of money to spend and you have big defaults that you'd like to settle, then of course you should use an attorney.
If you don't have this sort of money, then make your own offers to settle. Only do this if you have the money saved to settle all at once. Start @25% and go from there. Get a letter on their letterhead confirming any settlement terms. This letter should state that the debt will be "Paid in Full" once the agreed to amount is remitted. Once you get this, it's safe to pay. Pay via a money order or cashiers check. Don't give them your checking account #'s. Never agree to any settlement unless the terms are in writing before you pay, if you don't they'll just come right back for more money.
- Renewing contact with debt collectors over big defaults or any old credit card debts can be risky...be careful.
- Paying back defaulted credit card debts will not fix your credit rating. How to pay credit card defaults: https://sites.google.com/site/creditdebt...

Are The Suspects/Criminals In Criminal Law Cases Supposed To Tell Their Lawyer The Truth Of What They'Ve Done?
Say, For Example, That A Man Robbed A Bank And Is Now Being Tested For His Crime, And He Gets A Lawyer. Let'S Say That He Wants To Plead Innocent.
So Does He Tell The Lawyer The Truth, That He Is Guilty Of The Crime, But Wants To Plead Innocent To The Judge, Or Does He Prove To His Lawyer First That He Is In Fact Innocent? Do The Criminals Usually Lie To Their Lawyers In The Hope Of Having A Lighter Sentence? Is It Legal For A Lawyer To Withold Information That Could Prove Immediately That His Client Is Innocent?
I Saw The Article On Kristine A. Peshek On Nytimes, Who Blogged Various Confidential Info/Opinions About Her Clients, And I'M Just Wondering How It Works.
Lawyers can not break the law or produce false information or perjury. For this fact, if the client tells the lawyer he is guilty then the lawyer under the law cannot enter a not guilty plea since he knows for a fact that they are guilty. However if the client never says for sure they are guilty then presumption takes over and the lawyer defends to best of his/her ability. Fraud is fraud no matter who !!
