California Real Estate Law -- Death On A Property?
I Know That There Is A Law In California That States If There Was A Death On A Property, The Buyer Must Be Informed Of It. I Wanted To Know The Name Of The Law, When It Went Into Effect, And How Many Years Back It Goes (I.E. The Earliest The Death Occurred). Also, Does This Apply To Rental Properties (Are Landlords Required To Inform Tenants About A Death On The Property)? Thanks!

The law actually states as follows:

A death does not need to be disclosed if it occurred more than three years previously. (Note that the law does NOT say that the death MUST be disclosed if it occurred within the past three years.) The only reason the death MUST be disclosed if it occurred within the past three years is if the events of the death are "material" -- if it was particularly gruesome or offensive, or if it negatively affected the value of the property.

I didn't see anything in the law about rentals.

It's Civil Code 1710.2, if you want to look up the actual language.

Law Firm, Law Firms That Represent Injury Accident Victims. What Injury Law Firm Do You Recommend In The Us?
Does Anyone Have A Personal Injury Law Firm, That They Recommend, That Represents Victims Of Personal Injury In The United States?

I recommend the Personal Injury Law Firm Of Justin Ziegler. You can visit his law firm website at http://accident.justinziegler.net His personal injury law firm's telephone number is toll-free (800) 955-5085. His law firm gives a Free Consultation and does not charge any fees unless he recovers money for you. I was seriously injured in an accident, an Justin (and his law firm) helped me deal with the difficult insurance company and got me money quickly.

Be A Lawyer,Is A Lucrative Profession???

If you work hard, it is.
I know a lawyer who, even though it is only April, has already made over $150,000 this year.
And he's in a law firm with six other lawyers, and he's only ranked third out of them with most money making this year.

Which Major Is Best For Law School?
I Am Either Going To Major In Marketing Or Administration. Which Is Most Desirable By Law Schools And Why?

Law schools generally don't care what you majored in. I just graduated from law school in May and we had all kinds of majors in our class (religion, political science, business, math, engineering, etc.). A lot of people who think they want to go to law school do political science or history. The problem with those types of majors though, is that if you change your mind about law school or can't get in, you have limited options for other employment. If you go with something like engineering, finance, marketing, or any other "in demand" field, you at least have a degree that can get you a good paying job after you graduate if law school ends up not being your thing.

I majored in Business Admin in undergrad and got a pretty good job with a large company when I graduated. As a benefit of my employment I was able to go to law school at night and have the company pay for it. I probably wouldn't have been able to make that happen with some of the other majors out there.

I Need To Know About Juvenile Law In La-Baton Rouge?
Does The Constitution Of The U.S. Also Protect Disabled/Mental Children Under 18? If So, Why Does Louisiana Office Of Youth Development (Regional Office-Baton Rouge) Not Know This? Why Can'T Children'S Mental Records Be Presented In Juvenile Court? When A Juvenile Has A Court Appointed Attorney, Is It Not Logical For That Attorney To Inform The Child'S Parents Of The Proceedings Either Through Correnspondance Via Letter Or Telephone?

I am definitely not a lawyer, but LA state laws is one of 2 states which practice French Law. French law actually usually is more protective than English law.
...In regards to mental health records, usually the court would need to show cause, and the records be entered into evidence. Juvenile as in 16 years old is different than juvenile as in 12 regarding the children's parents right...sorry I cannot be more specific without exact info.
