Help On Property Laws!!!?
My Boss And A Co-Worker Got Into A Argument After A Long Friend Relationship. Jeff (My Boss) Put Property On The Co-Workers Land While Things Were Still Good. Now That Things Have Gone Sour The Co-Worker Refuses To Give The Property Back And Threatens To File Suit If He Illegally Gets On The Land To Get It. If My Boss Cuts His Loses He'Ll Lose Over 5 Grand In Property. Is There A Law That Says He Has Access To His Own Property Even If It'S On Someone Elses Land?

Generally one has the right to regain possession of his own property. At common law one can enter upon another's land without permission to regain possession -- provided one does not have to break into or onto the property. If land is fenced opening a closed gate is considered breaking. If the owner of the land does not wish to allow the owner of personal property to remove it, then he is obligated to deliver it to the possession of the owner at the nearest point the owner can access. If he should refuse to allow or do either the owner can seek legal action to recover his property in which event he'll be entitled to recover: 1. The property; 2. plus the value of the lost use during the time it was withheld; and 3; and any physical loss or damage suffered while the property was withheld from him; and his court costs (including the costs of sending the Sheriff out there with a truck to pick it up).

What Is The Animal Legal Defense Fund?
I Know Its About Protecting Animals, But I Need An Easier Way To Understand This D:

The Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) is an American non-profit law organization that aims to protect the rights and advance the interests of animals through the legal system. It was founded in 1979 by attorneys active in shaping the emerging field of animal law. The ALDF has campaigned for stronger enforcement of anti-animal cruelty laws and more humane treatment of animals. Their activities include filing lawsuits, providing legal assistance to prosecutors handling cruelty cases, working to strengthen state anti-cruelty statutes and hosting seminars, workshops and other outreach efforts.[2] In addition to their national headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Animal Legal Defense Fund maintains an office in Portland, Oregon.

Family Law Lawyer?
I'M Doing An Essay On What I Want To Be After High School. I Picked Family Law Lawyer, And I Can'T Find Much Information, If You Could Answer My Questions Or Give Me Links It Will Be Very Much Apreisiated! Heres The Questions. 1.) Necessary Education 2.) Average Salary 3.) Weekly Hours/ Daily 4.) Insurance/ Benefits Generally Available 5.) Roles And Responsibilities Thank You In Advance!!!

The real life answer to most of those is that it depends.

1) Yes, you need a bachelors and then a JD.
2) Depends on the area you live in. Usually between $80 and $150 per hour starting out in private practice (again, it depends).
3) Depends on your case load and if you've got your own practice or you work for a firm, but they usually average 8-10 hours.
4) Depends on where you work. If you've got your own practice, you're the boss! If you work for a firm, you usually get pretty good insurance through it.
5) Depends on what kind of law you want to do. Divorce, adoptions, custody, estate planning. The responsibilities of a lawyer are the same no matter what: you're there to advocate for your client and uphold the rule of law.

Whats The Difference Between Trial Courts And Appeals Courts?
Difference Between Criminal Law Cases And Civil Law Cases?

A trial court is the court where a case is first heard. It primarily answers questions of 'fact' such as "Did Bob commit this crime?", or "Does Jane own Mary this money?".

An appeals court hears appeals from the trial. It primarily answers questions of 'law', such as "Did the trial judge make a mistake in allowing this piece of evidence in?".

A criminal case is one where the government alleges that the defendant has committed a crime.

A civil case is a dispute between two private parties over money, or some other "valuable consideration".

Legal Will Question -- ?
Say A Persons Bot Parents Die And In Their Will They Leave Everything To Teir Child So What Would Happen If They Had A Liqour Cabinet And The Orphaned Child Is A Minor? What Would Happen To The Alcohol?

OK....this is a first, but I'll try. When a person establishes a will, they include all orders/wishes that are to be carried out upon their death. The person maling the will would normally name a person who is to take care of there child if they die before the child becomes an adult( in most states, this person is considered the "Tutor" of the child). So if there is something left to the child that is unreasonably ascertainable to the child at the time of the parants' death, it is put in the control of the tutor until the child becomes of age. This is also true with guns, homes, cars, etc.....
